My 04 does the same thing and I took it to the dealer and they said that they know about it and they have "softer" rear brake pads that are suppose to fix the problem. They ordered them for me and will install them in a week. I will post back to see if this fixes it.

I have an 03, with the same noise. does any body know of a fix. If i resurfaced the rear rotors would it take care of it.

I have an 03 sxt with the same problem. It started at about 3,000 miles and still persists after 14,000. I have taken it in several times. But have gotten no where with the dealership to this point. The guy behind the counter has an 03 with the same problem. They continue to tell me Dodge is aware and working on the problem. Let me know if the change in the rear brake pads help the problem.
