I've been talking with Tom at N-Fab about getting nerfs for our Dakota's built, and he said they are working on it, however he has a one off set for sale for a crew cab dak. Give him a buzz if you're intrerested.

Well, I'm in Houston and i emailed Tom last week he didn't reply to me so i emailed him again. I had hoped that he would quote me a price on nerfs for a club cab dakota. I asked him about a posible group buy on them. If we get enough people in on this maybe we can get a better deal. I'll post his reply after i hear back from him..

Well yer trying to make a deal on something they don't have yet. They haven't designed nerfs for the Dakota's yet. He does have these one offs though. He's willing to sell them - so I told him I'd let people know. I have a quad cab, so they don't do me any good. I'll have to wait untill they get them developed.

I thought that you said they were for the crew cab. Isn't the Quad cab a crew cab? He said they could do a set for me but, i'd have to leave my truck with them for a week. I was willing to do it but, i was hopeing to get a deal on them if they use my truck as a guinie pig..

I thought that if it had 4 doors it was a crew cab. Club cabs are also know as extended cabs.
You might wanna call and ask him if it was for a 4 door dak..

Good call 8-) but I just wrote him again. You're right. I'm thinking of a club cab...not a crew cab. Why can't they all name them the same thing huh? maybe it's for a quad cab then. Who knows. I'll find out.

Any word yet? i just called them and they stil need 3 weeks before they can do it. Were those one of's for a club cab or quad cab?

Yes. They were one offs. I stopped looking into it. I've got a baby on the way and thought maybe the money ought to go into some house expansion instead. Yer on yer own.....8-)
