Moving to Florida would probably help.lol Actually I use that yellow stuff in the winter and it doesn't freeze up like the blue stuff. Doesn't freeze on your windshield as bad either.

Check my post in dealer recalls about the washer motor being defective, they aren't freezing up, mine is a 2002.
