Subject: Best Rubberized Undercoating (spray on)? IP: Logged
Message: I'd like to treat a few areas under the Dak with that spray-on undercoating/sound deadener material but I see there are quite a few kinds out there. I've seen Duplicolor, Bondo, and a few few others I can't recall at the moment. Seems like the rubberized coating is better than the plain asphalt stuff but I'd like some opinions on the different brands and any experience using this type of product. Thanks for any help.

Message: POR-15 is the best undercoating to prevent rust and wear. For sound deadening I would use some sort of interior coating, like a Dynamat alternative -- they all work pretty good and are priced about the same.
