No, the wires are NOT there. Furthermore, the dash harness and CTM (central timer module) must be replaced along with the window regulators and lock mechanisms. You musl also decide if you want to add security and power mirrors to determine which harnesses you need.
Look for some of my posts on overhead consoles.
In short, I did this and it is not worth the effort or the $$$$.
