I've got a 2000 Dakota quad. Last year I sourced out Leer (expensive), A.R.E. and Raider. There are probably more companies making them now. I went with Raider because it was good quality that fit my budget. They are located in Western Canada. If you are in the US I don't know about availability.

I bought a cab-high cap from ARE (CX Series)

They have a $20 coupon on their web site.
The CX top runs about $950 depending on what
options you put on it.
The color match to the truck is perfect,
and it looks like a factory install.
Mine ran about $1200, but I added a
sliding front window, nicer sliding side windows,
an internal 12 Volt light, and a roof Rack.
