 Subject: manual vs power mirror swap?

ive got manual mirrors on my 97 Dakota - how easy is it to change to power mirrors? ive taken the door panels off, and it looks like there are some wire connectors for the power mirrors....
has anybody done this before? does anybody have any idea how much the switch costs for the power mirrors?

I think the wires are already installed, all you have to do is aquire the mirrors and plug them up.
