How many of you guys out there have an amber fire dakota? I have a 01 Quad Cab and have only seen about two in the Houston area in the past two years. I dont know why they discontinued this color in the first place. I have people stop me all the time to tell me they love the color or ask what color it is.

I always thought that was a pretty sweet color (I thought it was copper). Very rare, indeed.

i know! isn't the feeling great. i got to share oahu with only one other amber fire, and he was an rt too.
haven't seen one since.
there are about 3 or so rt here in lawton, still no amber fire

INTENSE BLUE PEARL IS ANOTHER VERY NICE COlor that stands out day and night under light looks
AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IHAVE ONLY SEEN ONE BUT the person driving had no mods done to it but very nice indeed .

I've got a 2000 CC 2 tone amberfire/driftwood.I have had a hard time finding a matching touch up paint. I've tried three different touch up bottles from the dealer, none of them matched up well. Not many of this color here in S.E. VA.

Well if any of you Houston/Woodlands guys see an amber fire quad cab with r/t wheels it is more than likely me. I dont know of another one like it around.

Friend of mine has a Single Cab 2x4 Dakota of this color with a matching cap. Also saw one today in another county, single cab 2x4.
Anyone know the paint codes for this color. I need some body work done and might change the color of the truck completely from black.
