Message: Recently purchased a 99 dakota slt that has the optional "tire & handling group". What does this actually mean?

Message: He`s talking about a `99 Dakota not an`02.
There was no 16in tire and wheel package in `99.
It probably means it has the 15X8(instead of 15X7) rims , sway bars and wheel flares.

Tire and handling group:
4x2: p255/65r15 tires, 15x8 cast alum. wheels,
and rear stabilizer bar.
4X4: 31x10.5 OWL all terrain tires, cast alum.
wheels, body color wheel flares, and rear
stabilizer bar.
