It is located on the transmission bellhousing on the right side. You may be able to feel it from underneath the truck, but probably can't remove it from there. It usually requires removing the inner fender on the right side. It is fairly easy to remove after the inner fender and wheel/ tire are out of the way. Just two 1/2" bolts hold it in.
