I need to replace the passanger quarter panel, bumper and tail-light. Should I just leave it to the pro's or can I do this myself?

Do the bumper and light yourself. Aftermarket lights are usually really low quality plastic and discolor after a short time. Get factory at a salvage yard or the dealer.
