I have a 2000 yellow clubcab, after about 2 and a half years was when i noticed my clearcoat was faulty, been to the dealer many times and I only get the little offer for them to pay for just the part thats bad at the time. Im just starting the process of taking DC to small claims. Has anyone acually sued, and won? "Judge judy hear I come"

Damn, dodge has some major problems with paint. On my 98' Sport I have a chip forming above my antenna. Daimler/Chrysler actually has a class action lawsuit against them for faulty paint. There is a webpage like www.classactionlawsuits.com or something that has it listed on there. Im pretty sure they wont cover paint on my extended warranty, so I will have to take a copy of it to them and see what they say then.

http://www.bigclassaction.com/automotive.html ... There is the webpage for that lawsuit. I guess its for the peeling problem only. Anyone have that problem? And how did ya go about fixing the prob?
