Piss-poor service.
I also ordered a Thunderform from Nexxon, and it took several weeks for them to even ship it. I'm not talking about how long it takes to ship, I'm talking about how long it took Nexxon to respond.
My biggest gripe is how uninterested they are ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Multiple calls and e-mails went unanswered, and I found that level of service unacceptable. They DID, however, respond once I left a message requesting a cancellation of my long-overdue order.
Unless you're willing to wait until they get around to sending you the product for which you've already paid for, look elsewhere.
The money you might save is quickly forgotten when you're at their mercy, waiting waiting waiting....

I ordered and I never got product. I canceled after order was in for 4 weeks and he had my money for 3 and a half weeks. JUST MAKES ME MAD. I ordered my thunder form from a place locally and it comes in this week.

I am paying 399 form a place in Park City Utah. I would call MTX tell them what happened and that is how I got his number. I told them what was going on and Circuit City did not have them aval. Whom they suggested first. Then they gave me 2 more numbers. The only thing now is I have to pay Utah Sales Tax. I should be getting them thurs day. I can't wait. I have been jones'en for it for over a month now due to a bone head.

Due to my problems with nexxon and dearlers here in Utah. I have come to find out that if you buy MTX off the internet your warrenty is no good. Crutchfield is differnt due to the volume they deal with and have a speical contract with MTX. I am good buddies NOW with John the west MTX rep. He is seeing what he can do for a group buy as well.

I realize there is a delivery time problem with MTX boxes. There are too many to stock so we order it from MTX. Most of the time it takes a week to get it from MTX, but sometimes longer. As for the warranty we will match the manufacturer warranty word for word on every product we sell.

i ordered an unloaded thunderform also from nexxon, although i am 60%sure i wont order from them again, because i was told 3 times that it was shipped out, i did receive the box 3 1/2 weeks after i placed the order, was a pretty good price so thats the only reason i could order from them again. so if your willing to wait its an ok place to do business with, i just wish they could of been honest with me and not say things to shut me up

I bought a thunderform from Nexxon and I love it. Only took 5 days to get here. They even emailed the tracking number for it so I knew exactly when it was coming

I ordered a MTX subwoofer from this guy. It took 2 months of aggravating e-mails for this guy to finally ship it. It was wierd but it seemed to ship right after I threated a "charge back" through my credit card. I can post all of the e-mails if you want me to... There were about 20 of them. DO NOT DO IT UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE AGGRAVATED!!!!
