according to tire rack ( www.tirerack.com) for a 94 4wd dakota the stock tire was a 205/75/15 which is roughly 27.1" tall, optional was a 215/75/15 roughly 27.8" tall, they also list a optional size of 235/75/15 28.8" tall or a 31/10.50/15 which is around 30.4" tall, all tire sizes vary according to who makes the particular tire, for example, a 31/10.50/15 bf goodrich is listed as 30.7" . The 205,215,235, and the 31/10.50 numbers came from goodyear tires the last 31 as I said was from a BF Gooodrich tire. Hope this helps.
