Message: How hard would the conversion be? Considering i buy a crate 5.9 motor. What computer changes would have to be made? Tranny should match correct? What else would have to be changed?

You'll have to get a new pcm. Wiring harness.
Torque converter. You should get a new tranny. It's up to you whether you get a new rear end and stronger suspension in the front for the heavier load.
