lets say the DAKOTA follows in the foot-steps of big brother RAM......
do you guys think there might be a possibility they will eliminate the club cab??? and just have a reuglar cab and quad cab??????
im my opinion, eliminating the club cab in the ram was the stupidest move..... there is not an in-between. you got not enough room, or you got too much room. i think the club cab is perfect.

I like my CC but have one gripe, if they keep the CC for the next gen Dakotas I would expect to see at least a third door or fourth door like the rangers and s10's have had for a few years now. The CC gives you extra leg room up front to move seat back further and is a great place to stow gear behind the seats safely but is a PITA having to always flip the seats forward to get stuff in and out. If they happen to keep the CC model and don't add the side opening doors, my next Dakota will be a QC even though I don't necessarily need an extra set of seats and I like the look of CC better than QC.

The Ram never truly got a Quad Cab. All Dodge did was put two regular doors on the extended cab. The back seat of the Ram has less leg room than the Dakota Quad Cab. The Ram Quad Cab still has a full-size bed, where the Dakota Quad Cab doesn't.

well the driver and passenger door, plus "two regular doors"...... equals 4 doors.
quad = 4
