Message: Actually, the fuse connecting my fog lights pops after a heavy rain. The connection must be bad and the rain leaks into it. Anyone else have this problem?

Message: This is probably unrelated, but when i got my 99, the a fuse for the radio and mirrors would blow most time i used the power mirror. I also got static in the speakers. It turned out to be the parking break had worn thru the wiring harness that ran next to it.

Message: I had the exact thing happen to me. 2000 dakota with the passenger side door speaker shorting out during heavy rain(we get that a lot in the pacific northwest). I thought the speaker had blown from playing tunes to loud. Rain stops and next day no problem.
