 Subject: 91 A/T overdrive

I have a 91 with only 35,000 miles. It now no longer shifts into over-drive. Dealer says it is servo for almost $400.00. Dealer just did a trans update approx. 150 miles ago, but I use it so little i had not had it on the highway and only found out when my father inlaw borrowed it... any one had this or knows of a tsb or service bulletin on this problem?
