I have a 1999 dakota 318 4x4 I am having a probem with it not charging alternator is good ? I have some more probem like transmission fuse keeps on poping. Is it the ECM

the voltage regulator is built in to the PCM so it is most likely the cause of the no-charging problem. it might not have anything to do with the trans fuse blowing though.
