I have a 1999 Dodge Ram that has peeling clear coat on roof for a couple years now. Is there a recall on this or has anyone had same problem??

Don't know about dodge but GM has repainted a few that I'm aware of. got to be less then 10 years old and you need to be persistant. Dodge probably isn't so nice
