 Subject: power window problems

I am having a problem with my passenger side power widow. The window motor works and the window tries to go down, but it gets stuck when the window glass decides that it wants to turn sideways. I think the window might have fallen out of the window assembly but im not sure. Please Help Me Out. thanks

A friend of mine just had this problem on her dakota.A plastic guide on the window regulator broke and the whole regulator had to be replaced.
Sounds like the same thing,but you'll have to pull the door panel and check it out.

I have a 2004 Dakota and right side window only works from the drivers side, I have replaced the switch on the door, and did not help the problem. Before all of this it worked sometime but not always. Now with new switch it still only works from the driverside.
