 Subject: Upper Ball joints

I have a 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad 2WD. It has 107000 miles on it. Am I able to take part in the Ball Joint recall item or not? I cannot seem to nail down an accurate answer. Thanks for the info.

go to www.dodge.com and you'll find a page that you can enter the last 7 or 8 digits of your VIN and it will tell you what recalls, TSB's your truck falls under.

The warranty extension for the upper ball joints on 2WD trucks was capped at 10 years/100K miles. It looks like you're past the cutoff.
