I have an 04 2x4 extended cab 3.7L V6. Only problems I have had to date Were the stock tire suck and would spin when I went to take off from a stop barely touching the gas pedal, At about 24000 my brakes started to squeal normal wear I think, and the first oil change on it the dealer tired to tell me if I don't take it to them to do oil changes it voids my warrenty and I told them do to California law that wasnt the case

The vehicle appears to be shipting gears by itself at certain points in time. Like sometimes when stopped at lights it will try to accelerate by itself. This is very dangerous for traffic situations and such. I put the vehicle in park and the rpm's kept going up as if someone had their foot on the gas. The model number of the vehicle nd1h33. the vin number is ID7HE42N85S103527. i AM GOING TO REPORT THIS ISSUE TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS BECAUSE I AM SURE THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THIS ISSUE. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE I NEED TO REPORT THIS ISUE TO? i JUST DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN THIS VEHICLE ANY LONGER. I PREFER TO BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL Gear 3 Ratio Incorrect
