Message: I have a 2003 4x4 quadcab 4.7L with 28000 mi on it. I get 16mpg around town consistantly and up to 22 mpg highway (consisitantly 20mpg) .
I have BFG 265 75 R16 all terrains on it and an extang tonneau cover. I think the cover makes quite a mileage difference highway wise.
My question is, I am putting a flowmaster catback system on (1 inlet ,2 outlet) 50 series. other than making the truck sound kick ass, will this improve my mileage some?
