Now that my tranny prob's are out of the way, I need to fix that damn driveline prob.

I beleive it to be some kind of wheel bearing or something. Under any kind of normal driving there is an annoying humming noise, that sounds like I am running 48" super swampers. The only time this goes away is when I have the steering wheel turned to the left at least 1/3 of the way. I guess this will tell me what side is causing the problem.

It's a 98 Dodge Dakota SLT 4x4 V6

Any thoughts/suggestions...?

Thanks in Advance

them BFG all terrains WILL HUMMM at any speed due to the many large blocks of rubber striking the road every time the wheels go 'round.

No All-Terrains, obviously I know what road noise is from tires. I have a set of Dunlop Radial Rover's on at a factory size of 215/75/15.
That's not the problem.
It's got to be a Hub/bearing assembly. I just need to figure out what side.

Well, It was def. wheel bearings. I just replaced the wrong side first.
For future reference, when you turn left and the loud noise completey goes away. Then its the Right/Passenger side bearing and vice-versa.
