I have a 99 r/t with 77k on it, I bought it with 70k. when I got it the brake and abs lights were on. Now the check engine light is on and the speedo doesn't start working until 30 mph? Anyone have a fix, or any ideas at all? Thanks

it is a problem,
even tho the odometer does not register it, the memory in the computer does, and a savy tech can call up the computer milage, and if it don't jive with the odo reading, its off to jail for odo fraud.
