Hi all-
If a problem with my dak is identified by a TSB, who pays for the repair - me or the dealer?

Thanks,
Jeff

You do, unless the vehicle is still under warranty and the part mentioned has failed.

A TSB is not the same as a mandated recall. A TSB is put out to advise dealers and service people that a particular problem has been identified or a repair procedure has changed.

And that doesn't mean that they never recall vehicles to fix items mentioned in a TSB. But, usually they only recall vehicles after a gun has been put to their head (they being any car maker).

Confusing isn't it?
