I'm in. I have already retained an attorney and we are getting ready for mediation in Dec. I have had nothing but problems from our new 04 dakota. Everytime it went in the shop we were told it was normal. They eventually told us not to come back. Not stupid stuff either. It was tranny broke, they had to replace a part inside, then it has leaked every since, clunking noise in front end, rotors warped. It goes on and on. I am so in if anyone is up for a class action suit.
