Guys i have a 2003 quad cab and i got the factory tonneau cover. anyway the weather has been hot and cold and hot again around here and by the drivers side top it split. i brought it to the dealer and they said it didn't split and it it cut but i haven't even had anything in the bed to cut it. any ideas on how to get a new one or someone to cover it under warranty. i called customer service and they told me if the dealer says no then there is nothing i can do.
now is there any one that i can write a letter to?
please let me know if you have any ideas

If you want satisfaction find the clown that used a knife or razer blade on your cover and knock the snot outa him. Make a vandalism report and get your insurance to cover part of it anyway!!

yea i believe if it was vandalized it happened in my college parking lot
but i don't know the way it looks. if it was done by a knife or something then it was a quick prick. but a few people looked at it and said its probably from the leather.

i think a new tonneau is like 290 from the dealer. my insurance deductable is like 500 so thats out of the story
i just wish they would warranty it. i just paid 20 something thousand bucks in cash and the dealer just throws me off.
