My husband and I are in the market for a used vehicle and have ran across a gentleman who has a reconstructed 2000 QC which only had the radiator, AC condensor, front bumper and fender replaced... The price he is asking is $7,500 can anyone tell me if this is something we should steer clear of or what type of things to look at upon viewing this vehicle.. What type of problems can we expect? Make sure that it does not have a salvage title! If it does you will never be able to get rid of it.

Why does it have an r-title if it only had those minor things replaced? Thats just the question that popped into my head. Look at the frame to see if it is/was bent or if there is something else to it.

Vanessa sweet heart...go buy a different one. You'll never really know what all happened to it. Don't take the chance. Go buy a nice used one at the dealership/another place or spurg and buy a new one on the great interest rates they have right now. Just my $.02.

reconstructed= your worst nightmare...
gentleman= wolf in sheep duds...
front end replaced= watch truck go down street sideways...
problems= on top of problems...
that is all.
