Message: I have a 2001 R/T w/ a 46RE tranny. When i punch it from first (any speed in first not from a stop) it will not shift into second without me pedaling it or me letting off the gas. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know whats wrong?

Message: Yep I bought the truck used last May from a dealer in NC and when I noticed the problem probably a month after I bought it I called the dealer and he faxed the recall papers to me! It turned out to be the Valve body had to get replaced and now it works fine!

It's a good question, as both bumper to
bumper and 7/70 don't cover normal wear
items. I could easily see Mopar considering a
speed sensor and or other trans parts wear
items. It's amazing how much _hit happens
like that.
Later,
