Message: Hey Stormin...sounds like u have the same problem i had with my 02 CC...it sounds like a grinding noise coming form the front end when u make a sharp turn. I took it back to the dealer and they said it was the wheel stops so they oiled them and no more noise. My buddy did the work at the dealer so i know they werent givin me a bunch of $h!t. I hope this is helpful.

Message: mine sounds like i am gringind my frame on a curb and it only happens on sharp turns and inclines, and it's loud (people look at me as if i was in a wreck). I took it to the dealer and he said it was fine, he couldn't find anyting wrong. I told him i would bring it back when i broke something in the process of finding what that noise was.

Message: I had the same problem with my 02 QC. I had the problem when making hard left turns. The dealer bent over backwards to fix this one for me. The shop foreman drove around my neighborhood with me to duplicate the problem. It turned out to be the upper ball joint and the wheel stop.

Message: The weird noise is caused by the front sway bar links, where they attach to the lower a-frame. Replace the links, and the problem will go away.
