my radio fades out when it gets hot in the cab. Since I'm in Florida, it happens almost every day. The tape works and if I take the tape out, the radio lasts a few seconds and then is gone.
Other than remove and replace the radio, anyone have same problem or some suggestions?

If you have the stock radio in truck, they have a built in small fan that comes on when turned on to keep radio Cool, sounds like your fan is not coming on, the fix would be costly, so i would replace with a nice aftermarket radio instead.
