Message: I've got a 2000 dakota and at about 18,000 miles i had the same problem. All of the fluid had leaked out and the dealership replaced the whole tranny under warranty.

Message: I have a '00 Club Cab 4.7 4x4. I've had the same leak on my tranny-took it to the dealer twice. They replaced the tail shaft seal both times. I now have 40k on the truck.
