There are about a million of these questions posted on the board...You can search for your question. But...I will help you out because I this is what this board is for. Your speakers, as long as you get the right size (which can be found at crutchfiled.com) you can put them where your stock ones are right now. Yes, you can put subs underneath the seats in the back. There are a few ways to do this. One requires getting a box custom built to fit the space. This is pretty good if you have the $$. WIth custom, you can fit a lot back there. There is also a pre-fabricated box (pre made) box called a thunderform made by MTX. Its basically a piece of plastic that replaces the "tool tray" (piece of plastic underneath the seats.) I am not sure if the 03 dak has changed, find this pre made box at www.crutchfield.com. Personally, I dont like the thunderforms. But, if you just want some base without a lot of problems with the box and without forking a lot of money out...this is pretty good way then. I think I covered it all.....I am definetly not the smartest when it comes to car audio.....so ask around.
