how crappy my bros stereo is in his dak. DO they even have the infinity system in newer daks???, his sounds like complete crap, doesnt get loud, and mids sound like garbage compared to my infinity system. mine's a 00, his is a 03QC and i have been driving it for the weekend. Lots of power though(4.7) pretty peppy

They "stock" system is a joke.
even the Infinity System is "OK".
I "had" the stock crappy system in mine but got the cash to rip it out and put in something better.
I do know that the stock radios have volume limiters on them.
Just for sh*ts and jiggles when i had my new stereo in and i still had the front stock speakers in....fade all to the front and put in the bass'ess CD I own...{ Track 8 on Disturbed " Belive" CD) and about 15-20 later....POP!!!
hehe....it was kool...never did that before...
