Message: Well, after much assessment and questioning, I think I have figuired out what I am gonna get:
Orion HCCA 250G4 Amp (800X1)
(2) JL Audio 12" W6 V2 Subs
Infinity Kappa 60.3 CS Component
Pioneer Premier DEH-P740MP
Phoenix Gold Tantrum 300X2
I need a better battery, but wasnt sure what to get. I was gonna get an Optima Yellow top 870 Deep Cycle battery. Think that will work or should I get the red top one? This will be powering my whole truck.
Also, see anything that I might be doing wrong, just ask me about it. I wasnt sure about which Tantrum amp I should get to power my seperates. Will the 300X2 be fine for these? Also, I am buying from a website called www.purecaraudio.com ....They have really good prices but seem a little bit too good. Only reason I am doing it is because I can pick up my stuff cause they are close by. Anyone else ever bought or know abou them? Thanks for all the help_KrEzEr_

Message: If your going to have that huge system, you should get two batterys. Yes, you should use the yellow cap, but thats a deep cycle, so you sould have another as your main battery, pursay, the red top one.

Message: if your comp, or your going to kill your stereo batteries alot then go yellow, thats what they are made for to be discharged and recharged with out being dmged in anyway. but if this is just to help keep your voltage up while driving or you dont plan to kill your power supply parked ignition off and bumping some tunes then get the red tops they are cheaper and better, they provide more cca's and they will discharge and recharge alot faster then the deep cycle batteries.

Message: DO NOT go with two batteries unless you plan on running your system without the truck running. This is the ONLY reason for a second battery!!!!
