Message: Have any of you tried putting an antanea amplifier on your antanea lead? I live in an area where the signal level is low...

Message: I tried one. It gives the signal a little boost, but also gives the noise and static a boost. If you can pick one up for under $20 give it a shot.

but they are supposed to improve radio
