Yes but you need to make sure the subs have a shallow mounting depth because there isnt a whole lot of space under the seats

you could do it under the seat. but keep in mind your seats only like 4 inches of the floor if you take it up like another 4 inches to get the appropriate mounting depth. most passengers will not be able to sit back there. put a couple phone books on the seat and sit on it.
I would personally if conserned with function. build a small sealed enclosure you can set on the seat. in the middle or side saveing to of the seats. and make it easy enough to remove and put in bed toolbox or leave in garage.

http://www.stealthboxes.com - makes the box for under the seat... you may have to adjust back seat heigth (which is pretty easy)..and if it is a big mounting depth, you can buy a lid for the box where you mount your seats to and it will give enough clearance... I am buying one of these soon and want to put some Eclipse 12" in there...I looked at Audiobahn, but not top of the line..looked at Adire Audio subs, but they are high competition..I will wait to do a bed sound setup :)

Its doubtfull you can fit both of them under the back seat. The boxes from www.stealthboxes.com are good boxes but require relocating the hinges to the back seat. I was going to buy one of those boxes but my subs, MTX 8000 12's, didn't have enough cu. space still. Those boxes aren't for subs pushing around 1500 watts....atleast I don't think. But I built a box myself and I used half of my back seat, so someone can still sit back there. Here's a picture or two of it....Thanks,

Adire Audio says that its big subs can work with different cu. spage.... Just look around at the posts from the past about good subs.. then see if the maker has an owners guide of info on housing for the subs... They will tell the cu room you need...
And Matt....nice set up...I'm impressed...although, you your ears ring after ya get out of the truck? those are pretty much right at your head..or aimed pretty well, heh
