I'd like to know if the stock cd/cass stereo from a 2001/02 Ram will fit my '01 Dakota. I saw one on ebay but it has squared corners and not the rounded I have. If anyone has one for sale, email me. Thanks

I gave my uncle the one out of my 2000 Dak,and it fit perfectly in his '95. I would almost bet it would. They havent changed in years. Try calling A stereo place, they could tell ya.
On seconded thought,if its like the ones in the Dodge cars(the newer ones) it may not work.
Rats, didn't meen to waist your time,I didn't help much at all! Sorry.

Thanks for your info, Kenneth. I'll call a stereo shop or maybe a Dodge dealer.

Hey Michael. I just went out and checked a co-workers' 2000 Ram and his radio was the square type like the 2000 Dakota. The 2001 Dak (like I have)has the rounded radio like the some of the Dodge cars have (Neon I think has this). The square radio will not fit in the rounded dash but I bet you can find someone who is willing to part with their rounded radio:)
Hope this helps.
Duwayne
