Subject: How to wire 3 subs ??? IP: Logged
Message: i want to hook up 3 12 inch JLW3 subs in my truck and just wondering how i should wire them. i want about 450-500 watts rms to each of them, just wondering how it would be possible. i get RF amps for cost from a friend and i wouldn't mind using two amps to drive them, just HOW ???
ANY info is very much appreciated.

Message: Here is the link to JL audios website that containes the info. You should have gotten a copy of the sheet with your subs if you bought them new. Just follow the diagrams

Message: Yes you can hook up 3 subs to two amps.
1 2-channel amp for 2 subs, and a bridged amp for the other. You do not need three amps.

Message: hey just get a 1000watt amp with and a 500 watts amp.hook 2 to the 1000watt amp they get 500 a piece and the other to the 500watts amp.BAM! you got 3 12's with hoo watts a piece. car shaking now

Message: ive got 3 12inch kickers and 2 amps but it dont sound that good still i want it to pound so hard any input please its in a sealed box in a suv to by the way
