Im thinkin of havin a shop do this and just pay them. i dont want to mess up ne thing, ne solutions or help?

i just had mine off yesterday, you can avoid popping out the switches, just make sure you have out all the screws, 2 at the bottom, one in top corner, one behind handle, and then the one thats hidden until you pull and hold the handle out. then push the lock down through the hole, pull out on the panel just enought to reach behind the inside handle so you can unhook the bar that opens the door when you pull it, its just a clip you pop off the bar and spin around, after youve got that unhooked you can lean the panel out farther, you can reach under the switches and unhook the plug in connector, sorry for it being so long just wanted to make sure you got it all

This is a very very easy task you will not break anything unless you are rough or force the door panel in any way. Take your time and make sure all screws are removed.

I had my '97's first door panel off in 10 minutes-the next one was a 5 minute job. Just use common sense.
