Message: WHAT UP? HEY I WANT TO BUILD A SUB ENCLOSURE AND IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING FIBERGLASS. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS ITS GOING INTO A '04 DODGE RAM QUAD CAB AND THE SPACE UNDER THE REAR SEAT HAS SOME PRETTY CRAZY DEMENSIONS AND CURVES. I WANT TO MAXIMIZE AIRSPACE AND I KNOW THIS IS THE BEST WAY. IF ANYONE HAS ANY EXPERIENCE WITH A NEW DODGE OR COULD LEND SOME ADVICE THAT WOULD BE GREAT. I WANT TO GO WITH TWO TENS WITH ONE FULL CAVITY. THANKS

Message: I HAVE A 12"MTX 9500 SERIES AND THE SUB ITSELF WAYS CLOSE TO 60 POUNDS AND SITS 10" TALL AND IT IS GOING INTO THE BACK OF A SRT4 I WAS MEASUREING IT AND IT WILL STICK OUT 3-4 INCHES SO I WAS WONDERING IF I WOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE THE SUB FIRING BACKWARDS BUT THE THING IS SO GOD DAMB HEAVY I THINK IT WOULD BREAK THE BOX

Message: it's going to put the same forces on the face(different directions though) regular or inverted. definitely wanna go with a double thick baffle and grade 8 bolts when mounting it.
FYI: you can read up on how the 9500 compares to other similar woofers here:
