Message: Two choices:
1) Run a whole new set of wires from the amps all the way to your mids - under the carpet & thru the doors. However, it's a major pain and if you have the power goodies (locks, windows, mirrors) it's near impossible.
2) Run a set of wires from the amps to the factory radio wiring harness (your going to get one to hook up the CD player anyway I hope!) and use the factory wires to power the speakers. The only down side to this is if your pushing major (like 200-300 watts) to your mids since the factory wires are a bit thin (14-16 guage?).
Most people do not run that much power so I'd guess the factory wires would be fine. That's how I did my system, I'm running 55 watts to the mids thru the factory wires w/no problems.
Make sure to test everything (fade L & R and F & R) before putting the dash back together since it's such a b!tch to get back apart.
