If you don't have an in-dash unit, I'd recommend putting it into your visors. Other than that, I've seen one installed into the passenger-side airbag cover, although that looked incredibly risky, and obviously, you'll probably want to disengage your passenger side airbag.

i can get a 5.6 inch screen for u that can be mounted in visor headreast (if its a ext cab)or the dash for 190 shipped here are some details.
