is it aight to run two different brands of subs from the same amp? i was told it was bad, but i dont see why, thanks

The amp don't care, the subs don't care, but it may sound less then perfect. If you use seperate enclosures for each sub and the same size subs it should not be a big deal. However if the subs are not similiar then they may cancel each other out or muddy up the bass.

well they are in the same box, but sound a lot better with them both goin, so i guess ill stick with it till i get some new ones

If it sounds good that's all that really matters, you will not hurt anything by running them both.
