Has anyone seen/heard the new blaupunkt saucer subs yet? There is an article in the july 2002 truckin mag... oops I didn't mean to advertise, but I was wondering what they sound like. They might just be the answer for quad owners like me, IF they sound good?

Got a price check on those, they are about $280.?? for the 10's and about $320.?? for the 12's. Sounds about normal to me, but I just don't see them pushing verymuch air? Then again I haven't heard them so who knows. I don't know how much air they need in the box, I would imagine about a foot3 or so, but at least it could be a really flat wide box. You could actually mount those things in the doors if you wanted to, under the seats, and a speaker you can actually fit behind the rear seats, WOW. I really hope they sound good, I have never messed with blaubunkt speakers though. Keepin' my fingers crossed,S~
