Dont see why they wouldnt fit. I have one in my 01 and I dont think they changed. Call MTX directly and ask em. As far as good prices, there was a few on sale on the boards here. Do a search for "Thunderform for sale" If no luck here, try ebay...they have em pretty cheap.

Yes, there is one available on e-Bay. I just got mine from this same guy, he's really easy to deal with. Some pr*ck upped the price, had to spend an extra $130.... but to me it's worth it.

I've heard there was a small change in the location of the rear seat brackets from 01 to 02. MTX was saying it depended on where your truck was put together if it would fit an 02 or not. Do a topic search on the Thunderforms and 2002, I've seen a few posts saying the same thing. Hope this helps.
