Hi... I have the MTX Thunderform box under my back seat, but I am looking to install a show worthy system so I have to get rid of the box and tens. It has 2 10" Thunder5000 subs. I am also getting rid of the Boss amp that I used to push them. I was skeptical when I first bought this set up, it but it gave me exactly the kind of bass I wanted then. It was nice crisp bass. Umm I dunno about anyone else but don't you think that price is steep for a used loaded thinderform? You can get a new one loaded for around $525. Just a question. I'm not tryin to piss anyone off.

Well... it would help to have your e-mail address... I want to buy the Thunderform from you but I already have an amp to use for the 2x 10"'s. Was looking at these the other day and it's a great setup, just 550$ at Crutchfield is more than I want to pay. Let me know please:

The new thunderforms come with the 6000 woofers which are a step up from the 5000 models.

There isn't much of a difference between 6000 and 5000's that is worth any extra money though. It's kind of like Kicker's L5 and new L7--the L5 is simply last year's L7 with a different name, and the L7 is the same L7 but with a metal coated cone....yet it costs a hell of a lot more??
Don't let the fact that there are 5000's in this one discourage you from buying, anyone :)
