Anybody have the original head unit from a 2001 Dak? I have the OEM Infinity sound system with the CD player in the head unit and love it. However I would like the one that has the CD changer controls on it as well so that I might add a CD changer without having to go RF Mod.

I have the cd changer oem head unit and an alpine 6 cd changer with all the hardware to hook it up to the dakota. i am taking it out of my 2001 quad cab to put in a completely new dvd unit. So I would be interested in selling it all.

you can use an aftermarket head unit (that has a IR port)and use a piece of eqp that this company sells http://www.go2pac.net/flash1280.html
to hook up the steering wheel controls. then you can have any head you want, and any changer.
